Scott Hodge is a business architect and process / continuous improvement specialist.  He has over 25 years of experience leading enterprise performance management and operational excellence projects from the corporate to the program level. Scott's approach to business process management integrates the theory of Systems Thinking with proven concepts, approaches and methodologies for organizational development, lean management, operational innovation and change management to align performance management practices. He has also worked with several client organizations in the design and implementation of evidence-based decision making frameworks that align performance

information from a variety of perspectives, including strategic and business planning,

resource management, program and process management, project management and

and risk management.  

Scott holds a Master in Public Administration and a certification as a Professional in

Critical  Infrastructure Protection (PCIP). Scott has been recognized for his achievements

in leadership roles with community-based volunteer organizations through nominations for

a United Way Ottawa Community Builder Award and for a City of Ottawa Civic Appreciation

Award for Community Activism.
